Playthings. Oh, how she loved that word. It embodied everything that she felt for the weak mortals. Tanya liked toying with them. Stringing them up and then letting them crash back into reality. It was almost like playing with dolls except dolls didn't break so easily. Now, she never hurt them unless you count emotional pain. She dealt that out in spades. It was a game to her. Who would last the longest? Who would break the easiest? Who would be the first to turn away? It was fun to play and fun to win, but it was starting to become boring. Until Edward arrived.
Sweet, chivalrous Edward. She had never tried her hand at a vamp...never gave it much thought, but he was different. There was something about him that she just couldn't put her finger on. He wouldn't let her get close though. Not even to give him a lingering touch...and his words. They way he spoke drove her mad.
"No, Tanya", as he waved away her advances.
"Your beautiful, Tanya. The most beautiful thing I've ever seen, but I'm not interested," said with a smile and a brief touch on the arm.
"Tanya, your smile lights up the room, the sky, the earth but please don't smile at me like that," said so sincerely that it irritated her more than it brought her pleasure.
Those words stung. No one denied her.
"Tanya, this is my wife..Bella."
Let the games begin.
Hi! So this was a little idea I had. Do you think I should continue it? Review and give me your opinion. If I do continue than this will be the prologue.
