She failed to slay dragons because she too fell in love with one and was marked a traiter for she disobayed the rule of the hunts clan wich are:
slay a dragon on or by you 16 birthday
remain loal to the huntsclan
if you know who a dragon is tell the hunts clan
never rat out on a member
she didn't get killed but she was kicked out and told if she returned she would be killed
