The Final Goodbye
A/N: This is set after the episode where Cole alters reality, and Cole is vanquished. He came back, again.
"Cole, I hate you. Why don't you get it? I don't want you anymore, you are evil!" Pheobe screamed. Cole just wasn't getting it.
"Pheobe, you love me, I know you do. You know you do," he replied.
"No Cole, I don't love you. I loved you," Pheobe said, emphasizing the past tense of her statement. "I can vanquish you for good. I have a potion, and a spell, that will banish you… forever."
* Flashback *
While coming down the stairs, Pheobe called to her sisters, "That's it, I'm done. Screw Cole. He's dead. FOR GOOD."
"Pheobe, what's the matter?" Piper asked.
"I'm just sick of it. It's just… I'm done," Pheobe replied. "Paige, can you go get some of his flesh quickly?"
"Yeah, sure," Paige said.
"And Piper, do you mind starting a vanquishing potion, while I make a spell?"
"Not at all, sweetie," Piper replied sweetly, while mentally kicking herself for thinking to say 'I told you so.'
Pheobe went to start the spell. "Got it," she said when she finished, and made her way downstairs, delighted to see that her sisters were there holding a vial of a potion.
"Now what?" Paige asked.
"Now, I go wait in my room, he'll be back," the middle sister explained.
* End Flashback *
"You can't," Cole hissed.
"Can't I?" Pheobe asked. "I did it in an alternate reality, didn't I? What makes you think I wouldn't do it now?"
"Because you love me," Cole retorted.
"COLE, I HATE YOU. I DO NOT LOVE YOU ANYMORE!" Pheobe exclaimed. She was now standing with her back to her bedroom door, and she threw the potion.
"Evil standing in my midst,
With this spell you no more exist.
For all the times that you've come back,
This spell will pick up all the slack," with this, Cole bust into flames, gone forever. Pheobe slid back against her door, and sobbed.
"Good-bye, Cole. You were right, I did love you… even until the end…"
