Others: I remember finishing this season. Until the two parter finale, it was the best season. Guess good things come to an end too.
During the hours, the days, the weeks after what happened, Robin kept on fighting. He kept traveling through the forests, kept on his mission as an outlaw who fights against the Sheriff and his underlings, against the Black Knights and Prince John. During the long weeks after their mission to save the King from the Sheriff's hands, Robin Hood returned to destroy each and every one of the Sheriff's schemes in order to once again be the Lord of Locksley.
But even though it seemed he has moved on, Robin never did.
Every time Robin held his bow, it was Marian's face he saw now. Every time Robin shot he heard the cries of the men hurt in the Holy Land… and Marian's voice. Marian's voice when she agreed to his proposal, her voice in each one of their meetings during the past year. And most of all, her voice when she said the vow that made her his wife on the last day of her life.
And no matter what happened, Robin remembered. He could never forget, not even for a second, what happened, the reason he had lost his wife, the love of his life. He never forgot Guy, the Sheriff, and them being the reason he had lost her. Never.
From that day and on, he also remembered the reason why he kept fighting. Robin Hood never fought for himself. He fought for King Richard, for the poor, for all the people who were killed by the Sheriff's hands. And he fought for Marian.
