A/N: This just came to me, it is obviously a one-shot and I wrote it in about five minutes. It hasn't been seen by a beta, but I have read over it in hopes of finding mistakes.

He stood out there, alone, with his thoughts. He thought about his past, and the choices he made. He thought about the consequences those choices had, and, most of all, he thought about all those who he had lost. He thought about James and Lily, about how they gave there lives for someone else's, he thought about how Quirrel had followed his faith, and because of that faith, had died alone and unwanted. He thought about the Basilisk, who had died because it had merely followed the orders it had been given. He thought abut how Cedric had died because he and another had been to selfless to take the prize alone, causing him to be unneeded and disposed of. He thought if Sirius and how a boy hadn't paid enough attention in class and had gone of to save him, only to be saved himself, causing Sirius to fall through the veil. He thought of Dumbledore, and how he had ordered a man to kill him for reasons all his own. He thought of the innocents that Voldemort had murdered throughout his life, and the condemned in the prisons. He thought of what could have been. Most of all he thought of what life to be like at this moment. When the evil had been purged of the world for the time being and the world has been restored to its former beauty. Those where his final thoughts as he stood out there, alone, waiting for the perfect moment, to purge the world of an unneeded man. The world no longer needs him. On this day, the world lost him, the man with many names. Harry Potter, the-boy-who-lived, the savior, whatever you call him, let it be known that he has died the death of a courageous man. For it was once said that suicide is a man's way of saying to God. "You can' fire me, I quit!" He had every right to quit. We will miss him and we hope that he finds happiness wherever he ends up.
