KawaiiQuerida-chan: This is a ballad that I wrote for my Creative Writing class, and I thought that I'd post it on here and see what you guys thought. It's about the first summer, though you'll realize that when you read it lol.

The Septembers met at Gilda's
While they were taking a class
They had one thing in common
But even that would soon pass

And while they moved apart
One thing held them together
Their daughters stayed friends
Here were the real Septembers

But change was in the air
They had to face the unknown
And weren't sure if they would last
Their first summer alone

But soon they found a pair of pants
That gave them all some light
And then they formed the Sisterhood
To help them in their plight

And even though they were far away
They were always close at heart
For the Traveling Pants unite them
When together and apart

Lena bought a ticket for Greece
To meet her clan of pride
Where Kostos opened up her heart
And saw the beauty inside

Carmen went down to the South
To spend some time with her father
But things just didn't go as planned
For he had a new son and daughter

Tibby got a job at Wallman's
Where she met a girl
Who taught her to open her mind
Before she left this world

Bridget went to soccer camp
Where her heart broke in two
She gave him everything she had
To be told that they were through

And even though they were far away
They were always close at heart
For the Traveling Pants unite them
When together and apart
