Ritsuka was staring absent-mindedly at the wall. He was 17 now and in highschool. It was recently that he had begun to notice it…..Almost every day, kids were coming in with out their cat ears. The first two, shockingly enough, were Yukio and Yayoi. They both walked into class a few weeks ago without their cat ears. Yukio had been bubbly as ever, whilst Yayoi had been moody, and distant.
Brushing his long hair out of his face, he rushed out of the classroom. As he walked down the hallway to meet Soubi as he always did, he heard a voice calling out behind him.
"Riiiiiiiiiiiiitsuuuuuuuuuukaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa-kuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuun!"
As Yukio caught up to him, he turned around to face her. She was panting hard, and had sweat glistening on her face.
"Ritsuka-kun, is Soubi-san here?" she inquired.
"I'm going to meet him now", Ritsuka explained, as Yayoi ran up behind them.
"Yukio-chaaan, you promised it would just bee us tonight!" he whined, whilst pulling Yukio away. They ran off, Yukio giggling as Yayoi kissed her.
"Same old Yukio," Ritsuka thought, as he walked out of the school.
