I based this story on a drawing that my friend Sangowings made on dA. It's a little bit late for a Christmas story, but I didn't have the time to finish it.

Pretty Little Agent
Chapter 1

Kowalski opened her eyes. The bedroom was dark, but she was able to look around her. The light of the street lamps was just bright enough to lighten up the room.

She sat up straight and she felt a little bit dizzy and a little bit sick. I shouldn't drink that much last night, she thought and she looked next to her. She remembered how sweet he was. A real gentleman.

Although he was so nice to her, she started to have some doubts about him. Somehow, she didn't fully trust him.

Kowalski lay down again. The next day would be her day off, so she had the whole day to think about how it could ever come this far.

---

Kowalski ran through the hallways of the UZ.Z. Head Quarters. It was just past nine a.m. and she was afraid that she would be too late for the morning briefing of her team, which happened to be the most important briefing of the day.

It was all the fault of her sky-bike. That darned thing didn't want to start and she was already late.

Just when she was just one corridor away from the meeting room, she bumped into somebody. "I'm sorry!" said Kowalski. She didn't have the time to say something more, so she ran towards the meeting room.

"How nice of you to join the meeting, Agent Kowalski." sounded when Kowalski walked into the meeting room. The whole team looked towards her when she walked to her chair.

"I'm sorry, sir. It won't happen again." she assured her boss, Special Agent Ray. Ray didn't say a thing anymore about it and he went on with the meeting.

The more Kowalski tried to forget about the man she bumped into, the less she listened to Ray's orders. She realised that she had never seen that man before. The only thing she knew for sure was that he wasn't an U.Z.Z. agent.

Kowalski tried to remember if she had seen that man before, he looked so familiar to her. But she couldn't remember that she had ever met a man who wore a marine blue suit and sun glasses.

"It is really nice that you think that this meeting is really important, Agent Kowalski!" Kowalski looked up and she saw Ray and the entire team looking at her for the second time that day.

"I'm sorry, sir. It won't happen again." she whispered. She could just hit herself, how could she be so stupid to not pay any attention to the morning briefing?

"After this meeting, you'll stay here. We need to talk about your behaviour."

Kowalski bowed her head. "Yes, sir." she whispered. This day couldn't begin any better.
