~ Hey this is the first JTHM story I've written in quite a long time so
please go easy on me, and review! This is a one shot story ok? ~
The tall man walked silently down the dark alley leaving everything that he ever cared about behind him, no house keys, no car no photographs just a long thick rope and a ceramic burger boy.
"What do you think your doing?" a voice came from the ceramic man
"I'm leaving this world for one just like it, but at least I wont have you, I wont have the d-boys I wont have anything just hell." He said happily
"But this is crazy" the voice answered
"No, what's crazy is the fact that inanimate objects are talking to me and moving around, what's crazy is that earth is pretty much hell and our god is a lazy jelly bean type thing! That's what's crazy!"
They came to a tall bridge over a rapid river when he stopped walking and took the coiled rope off his shoulder.
"Ok my friend but this is where I make my final departure" he looked at the figure in his hands.
"Don't do this, we can be immortal! Do anything we ever wanted, do anything you ever wanted!"
Johnny placed the figure on the ground next to his feet while he positioned the rope tightly around the railing of the bridge and the other end around his neck.
"NO!" shouted the figure
"Oh yes" he picked up the figure and stepped onto the ledge
"My life is my own and only mine! And I will have rest even if I must die for it!"
He threw the ceramic figure against the pavement below him as hard as he could sending bits of broken ceramic every where.
"Good bye earth, hello hell, I all ready know you too well" he smile
He leaned forward sending his body down and off the side of the bridge, he fell weightlessly down and thought to himself for a split second
"I'm free" he smiled and hit the end of his rope causing his head to snap back instantly breaking his neck, he hung there dead, he had finally gotten what he had wanted.
*** It was around 1:30 am when the two girls were finally thrown out of the buffet as they could no longer stay open. They walked their usual path home across the bridge and through the park.
"Hey what's all that?" one of them said pointing to the broken pieces of ceramic on the pavement and the rope tied to the rail.
"I'll go check it out"
The second girl walked over to the ledge and looked down, instantly she had recognized the body on the other end of the rope. She stood for a moment watching the gentile wind blow his frail body back and forth, but still she did not say anything.
"Hey Devi everything okay over there?" her friend called to her.
She turned around,
"Yeah every things fine...lets go home".
