A shaggy haired teenager tip-toed across the carpeted floor, sneaking up behind a petite blonde girl. She was listening to music, quietly singing the lyrics to the song that was playing. 'Don't you wish that you could be a fly on the wall?" She sang.
He smirked evilly rubbing his two hands together, like a villain plotting something to destroy the world. With both his hands, he yanked the girl's headphones and shouted, "I'M A DINOSAUR, LILLY! RAWR!"
"HEY!" She shouted, pouting. "I was listening to that, you know?"
"I know." He replied, grinning. "I just did that to annoy you."
Lilly rolled her blue eyes. "Whatever."
"Anyways, Lilly, guess what?!" He excitedly asked.
"What is it Joe?" She countered. "And I swear, if it's another pick up line, I will kick you in the place it hurts the most." The blonde added.
Joe's eyebrows furrowed. "You don't like my pick up lines?"
"No."
"But what bout that one, ummmmm, the Subway one!" He pointed out.
"Which one is that?" She raised a brow.
"Do you work at Subway?" He smiled.
"Joe, you already know I work at Zumiez."
"Cause you just gave me a FOOTLONG."
She blinked, before pulling on a disgusted face. "EWWW, JOE, EWWW!"
"What? Did I say something wrong?" Joe questioned, slightly confused.
"Do you even know what you're saying?!" She yelled.
"Uhhhhh, no. Not really."
"Ugh." Flicking her long blonde hair over her shoulder, she sighed. "What did you want to tell me?"
"OH, RIGHT!" He snapped his fingers.
"Well, what is it?" She started to braid her hair while waiting for what he was going to say. She thought he was going to say something serious, but apparently, she was wrong.
Joe smiled widely and said, "RAWR!"
Lilly made a face. "That's it?"
"Yup!" He replied, flashing the peace sign.
"What the hell?" The blond groaned as she finished the braid, tying it with a hair tie.
"Oh, you didn't know?" He questioned, which made her confused.
"Know what?" Lilly continued playing with her hair.
"'Rawr' means 'I love you' in dinosaur language." Joe grinned, slightly blushing. His hand moved to the back of his neck and scratched it, like he always did when he was nervous.
"Oh, really?" She giggled.
"Yeah." He answered.
"Well, then…" Lily started to say.
"Well, wha-" He was cut off by her lips on his and the feeling of two arms snaked around his neck. Joe was shocked at first, but then closed his eyes and wrapped his arms around her waist, smiling into the kiss. It was a short, but sweet kiss. Lilly pulled away and whipered in his ear, "Rawr, Joey."
It's mostly filled with dialogue. I think it was okay. Haha. My friend gave me this idea. Kristine, my friend, kept on saying the RAWR meant ILY in dino language. What do you think about it? Well, please review to tell me(: It would make my very happy!
