Runaway
Ray cried. That time Kai had really got to him! And Max was backing him up!
There is Defiantly a relationship going on there. Tyson and Kenny were out in town
with their Girlfriends so they couldn't help. Ray paced slowly around the room, Drigger
was the only thing that stopped him from running.
The argument had started when Mr Dickenson had appointed Ray new team captain. Kai had tried a desperate attempt to change his mind but he refused. Then Kai began to bully Ray- Max joined in too.
" I could go back... to the White Tigers... Lee said There would always be an opening for me"
The thought of seeing them all made him smile. And Mariah... ever since the Asian tournament he wanted to talk to her. Sitting back down, sweet memories came back to him. Training with Lee & Gary, always beating Kevin, Mariah looking up to him...
and then the bad came. The day he received Drigger and went to travel the world. The noise and people running past the bushes were he was hiding.
" Maybe not..." Another tear fell, and His eyes opened.
" I'll go, away from the bladebreakers forever!" He grabbed Drigger.
" But I'll be taking this" Ray Carefully packed some food and packed that and hi blade into a very small bag.
It was raining and Ray looked back through the doorway.
I never belonged here.
No note nor signal Ray walked slowly through the courtyard ,letting the rain soak his skin and hair. Ray no longer had the long hair in the band, he'd cut it of after Kai said he looked like a girl. Not looking back, he didn't notice Tyson watch him leave.
His tears were covered as Ray broke into a run. No going back, Footsteps matched his heartbeat. Closing his eyes he didn't look were he was going and then he tripped over. But instead of hitting the hard, wet floor, like he had expected, he fell on something soft. Ray opened his eyes and flushed bright red as he realized he was on top of a young looking girl.
Ray felt awkward as he stared into her blue eyes. Then he suddenly realized what it looked like he was doing and stumbled up. Ray took her hand and helped her to her feet. She blushed but smiled at him.
