The band kicked up a lively waltz as Anna glimpsed around the room at all of the visiting royals there to celebrate her sister's coronation. There was a variety of people, all different shapes and sizes, a very welcome change from the few servants the princess saw often in the halls of the castle, and she couldn't quite contain the grin on her face from spreading at the sight.

Her eyes continued their trek until at last they landed on the newly crowned Queen of Arendalle herself surrounded by numerous people, most likely being congratulated for the umpteenth time that day. Anna felt a strange sense of pride wash over her as she took in the sight of Elsa, so different from when she last saw her as a little girl. Accidental running-into's every other year didn't do the older girl any justice. And as she watched the queen's polite smile, or the way she held herself a little higher when another member of royalty made his or herself known to her majesty, or even the way she fiddled with the ends of her gloves, Anna found herself thinking, 'She's so calm, so collected,'

"So beautiful…" she muttered to herself. Almost as if she heard her, Elsa looked up from over the top of some wily old man's toupee and locked eyes with her younger sister. Anna's face flushed at having been caught staring at the other girl, and yet she couldn't bring herself to tear her eyes away from the other pair of icy blues. After what seemed an eternity, Elsa cracked a small smile, almost small enough that Anna would've missed it had she not been so entranced with watching her sister.

A strange sensation tugged at Anna's gut, and she quickly tore her eyes away from the regal woman that she recognized as her sister. She clutched a hand to her stomach in an attempt to quell the jittering dance that her insides seemed to be doing, and as time passed it seemed to work. The princess began to weave through the crowd, not really paying attention to where she was going and occasionally greeting people that stopped her along her path. It was as she was speaking to some of the townspeople that lived just outside of the castle that she suddenly felt a shiver run through her and a sensed a presence behind her. The people before her bowed and made their leave; Anna turned, and came face to face with the Queen, the strange jittery sensation back in full swing as soon as she hear her utter,

"Hello."
