Author's Note: Hello! So, like the rest of musical theatre world, I've been obsessed with the Hamilton soundtrack lately. So, one day, when I was listening to Burn, the idea of Anna singing it to Hans when he betrayed her popped into my head, and I just had to write it!

Disclaimer: I wrote this really quickly, and I am not Lin Manuel-Miranda, so, this probably won't be very good, but I tried.

For those of you who haven't listened to/seen Hamilton, (go listen to it right now. Seriously. Listen to the whole thing, then come back.) The song, "Burn" is sung by Eliza Hamilton after she discovers that her husband, Alexander Hamilton, has had an affair. It's absolutely heart-breaking and beautiful, so I highly reccomend listening to it here: watch?v=BGjQw64DJmQ (Plus, this won't make much sense if you don't listen to it, so...)

Another Disclaimer: I don't own the song Burn,Hamilton, or Frozen. I'm not Lin Manuel-Miranda or Robert Lopez. (If I was, maybe I could actually write songs!)

That's everything I have to say! I hope you enjoy and, if you do, please leave a review and check out my other stories, if you'd like to! Thanks for reading!

I remember the moment you saw me

From the moment our eyes met,

I knew you were mine,

You said you were mine,

I thought you were mine

Do you know what Queen Elsa said

When she saw how you looked in my eyes?

She said,

"Be careful with that one, love,

I fear that he has a disguise."

You and your words flooded my senses

Your sentences left me defenseless

You built me castles out of conversation

You built cathedrals

I'm rethinking your conversation with me

I'm replaying the words that you said to me

Inside my head

In my memories

Of when you were mine

The world seemed to

Burn

Burn

You locked me away in this room now

You told the whole world all your lies about my dear sister

And in clearing your name,

You have ruined our lives

Do you know what Queen Elsa'd say

If she knew what you'd done?

She'd say,

"You've fallen too fast, my dear,

It was over before it begun."

You and your words, obsessed with your royalty

Your sentences, far more than selfish,

And, you put on disguises to change

How they percieve you!

You...you...you!

I'm freezing away from the story now

Now, historians won't ever know how Anna reacted

When you froze her heart

You've torn it all apart

I'm watching it

Burn

Burn

You don't have the rights to my heart

You don't deserve to be in my head

Repeating each word that you said

Haunting my memories

When you said you weren't mine

You forfeit all rights to my heart!

You forfeit the place in my heart!

You'll freeze with the rest of my life

Along with the memories

Of when you were mine!

I'll freeze but you'll

Burn
