This is a tale about a feisty, young lad.
His name is Leon and he often gets quite mad.
He lives with his cruel father; his dear mother's departed.
His journey through life has led him to lands uncharted.

Now around others, this youth is quite snappy.
There's almost nothing that can make his heart happy.
Cluttering the good is betrayal, hardship, and strife.
Without love, what truly is life?

However, there was a gal named Marian whom cleans the room.
She could make young Leon vanish his gloom!
Together they bonded and their friendship grew.
With her around, Leon was no longer blue.

Though he is now far away from home,
There is a burden he still carries while he roams,
Being pulled to and fro by cold, unforgiving strings,
While an all-knowing shadow dances and sings.

His feelings, his actions, they are guided by hate.
No wonder Leon was chosen to be the victim of fate.
Taking up his sword he retorts, "I was just doomed to be jaded,"
And he dismisses all sentimental feelings as the memories faded.

Oh poor Leon— the boy is now gone!
He can finally end living life as a pawn!

In this day and age, they've started a war.
And alas, his beloved Marian is no more!
The curtains have closed, the audience has left.
In the final act, Leon's life was the ultimate theft.

Oh poor Leon— the boy is now gone!
He can finally end living life as a pawn!

In the end the boy's burden was finally lifted,
And yet again destiny's clockwork tides have shifted.
