Humans' sins yet humans' virtue
This is written by my best sister I ever had in my life, Tiara Derea. She did not have a chance to put this on her blog so I help her out for this. Hope u won't mind, this is her first English essay she has wrote before.
Seven deadly sins,
Pride, Envy, Gluttony, Lust, Greed, Sloth, Wrath.
They are all within us.
All can be stored with our vengeance,
Because we hate, and because we fear, these seven sins are within us.
However, all can only be released and destroyed by the seven heavenly virtues.
Seven heavenly virtues,
chastity, temperance, charity, diligence, patience, kindness, and humility.
They are also within us.
All can be stored with happiness,
Because we care, because we love, these seven virtues are within us.
However, they can also be destroyed and killed by the seven deadly sins.
Does any of these makes any sense?
I have Pride for my action,
How I Envy my art of work, of having to rant out my vengeance, and having justice on my side.
Now, I'm full of Lust for anger and Gluttony,
Yet, I can be such a Sloth,
The wonderful sadistic of Wrath,
Last but not least, Greed has gotten me,
Sooner or later, I have become a sinner.
This was probably worse, hope u won't mind.
I claim Chastity upon the fact I'm a virgin,
How I also claimed Temperance as I held my negative emotions inside.
Still, I could feel love inside of me, with the help of Charity.
God has even given me the Diligence to act according to my sense of humanity.
I'm grateful to Him, as I also have Patience to act calmly.
Therefore, I decided to repay His Kindness,
By being Humility, I have become like God, a Virtue to be filled with not even a single touch of impurities or a dirtied soul.
