History: With his great intelligence and skill, Dr. Julian Ivo Kintobor and his nephew Snivley seized Mobotropolis from within and transformed it into Robotropolis after the last Great War. His many roboticizers have the capability to transform any living thing into a machine for his deeds. The surviving Mobians took refuge in knothole, a secret underground safe haven since then. But soon enough the uprising of the Freedom Fighters along with Commander Antoine D' Collette, Former Princess Sally Acorn and the well-known Sonic the Hedgehog began. Robotropolis was destroyed and rebuilt into New Mobotropolis. Dr. Ivo Robotnik retreated to south island to build his "Eggman Empire" in secret. Ever since he has risen to power, Ivo has been known for creating many clones of the infamous "Metal Sonic.", a mechanical duplicate of Sonic. However, Robotnik's machines have been known to lack the speed and power needed to destroy Sonic, thus resulting in the doctor's countless defeats. After the doctor's retreat to South Island he has not shown a sign for years, until he attacked and destroyed New Mobotropolis without warning, captured almost every single Mobian, and claimed victorious over Sonic for the first and only time, starting the war against the Eggman Empire. However the Freedom Fighters along with the help of the extraterrestrial supercomputer NICOLE helped rescue the captured Mobians and rebuilt New Mobotropolis once again. A couple years later, they all gathered up with team Chaotix and began an all-out assault unto the central Egg Dome and Sonic alone defeated Eggman in his Egg-spider. The recent defeat the doctor had drove him to the point of madness. The war was over. However due to various sources, Eggman has been reconciled of his insanity when he accidentally escaped from solitary confinement inside his own empire while Snivley took charge for the while. He has been dragged back and hasn't been seen since. No one knows what he is up to and why he hasn't attacked us yet, but we are sure he is up to no good.
