This is a short chapter I know... But I have a feeling most of my chapters will be. I've already wrote the next two chapters but I'm not sure if I'm going to post them quite yet. I want to know if my writing is okay... R and R!
CHAPTER 1
Tony
Oh God this can't be happening. No Ziva, don't give up! I can't breathe! One minute I saw Ziva, the next minute she was gone. When I found her she was laying in a puddle of blood. Tony gets out his phone and dial Gibbs. No answer. What is Gibbs doing not answering his cell? Rule #4: Never be unreachable. Now Tony dial's the police. They ask him where they are and the condition she is in. Tony barely sputters out all the information the police needed.
"Ziva, wake up. Everything will be fine. Just…Just… Please wake up! I don't want you to die, Ziva. I love you!"
I'm practically in tears now. I hear a small sound, and I realize Ziva is breathing. I always knew Ziva was a fighter. I hear the ambulance not too far away. Ziva coughs a few times; each time a little more blood comes out of her mouth.
Between coughs Ziva spits out the words, "Tony. I... love…you." Then she closes her eyes.
"Ziva no!" I cry out.
Dr. Cox
*sigh* Today is just another day in the hospital. Annoying interns…. Hey there's one now. God, what is Newbie doing. He has patients. Time for one of my many inspiring speeches. Ha I just made myself laugh.
"Newbie, the only way you could be less productive right now is if you were, in fact, the wall on which you're leaning against. Of course, then you'd be providing some jacka** with a wall on which to lean against and reflect on what a jacka** he truly is. I know! Here, it's a conundrum. But don't you worry about it — I'll tackle that one upstairs. In the meantime, you could at least pretend to be doing some work. And right about now, even though you don't have your basket, aw, it's just a terrific time for you to skip away, Shirley. Skip away. Skip away. Go on. Skip away." Go Coxy, you're the man. Ah crap my pager is going off. This better be something good. After all I'm missing my SOAP.
Tony
Oh God, my head hurts. Where am I? I'm in a truck… I hear a siren. I'm in an ambulance. Oh, now I remember! Ziva.
"WHERE IS ZIVA!" Tony practically yells. My vision is blurred but I can still make out a silhouette of a man. Maybe he knows where she is.
