Prologue: The Second God Wars
The news that Guthix was dead was a shock. This development left many people saddened, and many fearful. For it was well known to most that it was Guthix keeping all the Gods at bay. Sure, there were the devoted Saradominists, Zamorakians, and other such people in the world that believed in their gods with all their heart, but that didn't mean they wanted all the gods running around.
The wars would be…terrible.
For many weeks all was silent. Till that day. The day that will forever be known as the start of the second God Wars.
It started when Zamorak appeared behind Lumbridge castle, as tall as the castle itself. He came in search of a power source that was bubbling below Lumbridge. He tried to take it, but before he could get in deep, Saradomin fired a counter strike.
Zamorak fired a giant beam of fiery unholy energy, and Saradomin met it with his ocean like blue energy. Neither could focus on the energy to absorb it, so they summoned some of their more devoted follows and the war began.
Word of the war spread, and soon the common people were joining for various reasons, some wanted to be in their god's good favour, others simply wanted rewards, and some even were merely bored of the standard way of life and choice to help one of the gods on a whim.
This is the story of one family that played a part in this fight between Saradomin and AZamorak, and indeed the fights after as well. The family Delaware.
