Notes: I saw this headcanon about Dick and Wally having worn braces at one point of their lives and my mind just went DING BIRDFLASH! AU-ish I guess. And probably crack, too since I don't really know if this is possible. I've thought of it before, back when I still had braces.

This was the single, most embarrassing day of their lives.
It actually wasn't that bad now. The clinic was pretty empty and the friends who were with them had already stopped laughing. Well, almost everyone. Megan was still trying to contain the giggling Artemis.
It wasn't long before the receptionist called out their names with a calm and serene smile. Was this a normal occurrence or something?
They entered the cold, white room and the orthodontist didn't even bother trying to hide his laughter.
"Don't worry. You'd be surprised how many of these happen in a week," he told them.
This will forever mark the day when Richard Grayson and Wallace West spent a good chunk of their day in an orthodontist's clinic, getting each other's braces unstuck from the other's.
