Sailor Moon Apocalypse

Chapter 1:
"The return of Sailor Moon,
Peace and tranquility once again!"
Two Years.
It had been two years since Usagi Tsukino, a then -16-year-old teenager had transformed into Eternal Sailor Moon. It had been two years since Ami-chan, Rei-chan, Mako-chan, and Minako-chan had transformed into their super senshi costumes.
Now, there was nothing to fight. No villains, no danger.
Tokyo had been a quiet city for two years.
Two years ago, Sailor Galaxia was freed from the clutches of the evil Chaos, the dark manifestation of all hell and the occult. Galaxia returned all the star seeds that her organization, Shadow Galactica, and its evil minions, the Sailor Animamates, had stolen from innocent people around Tokyo. Galaxia had redeemed herself with this generous act, and now, two years later, lives happily somewhere in the far reaches of the galaxy.
There has been no word of the Sailor Starlights and their princess, Kakyuu, either. The last time Usagi and her friends had seen them was when they left for their planet, Kinmoku, after the downfall of Chaos. Who knows what might have happened to them: where they might be now?
And what about the Outer Senshi? Where have they been? Where are they now?
About a month ago, Haruka had sent Usagi a letter with no return address. In it she wrote of the fun and excitement Haruka and Michiru were experiencing on their vacation somewhere in Hawaii. She also explained vaguely that, apparently, Setsuna had taken care of Hotaru ever since, after Professor Tomoe, Hotaru's biological father, was deemed unable to take care of his daughter. Communication between Haruka and Setsuna had seized, and she, along with Hotaru, was nowhere to be found. Haruka closed the letter by advising Usagi to not worry about them, and reassuring her that they would soon meet again.
No one had predicted how soon they were to meet again.
