(Before reading, please listen to this theory, Im sure you've heard it before : In regards to the reasons why Gajeel and Natsu were unable to escape Freed's enchantments, is because they are from the future and would obviously be over 80 in the current time period (?)

Anyway even if you haven't heard of that theory, this mini fan fiction is based of said idea.

It's also set after the eclipse has been activated, and if anyone from the future is sent back to their time or their age catches up with them in the present day)

"The peace has finally come, the fighting is over now Lu-chan, I'm so happy we didn't suffer as badly as I thought. Though I miss you a lot, I really do. I miss everyone who isn't here anymore.

Especially.."

It was a quiet morning on the streets of Magnolia, the weather was pleasant and the atmosphere was upbeat. Many shops were just starting to open up and get ready for the new day, one bluenette was waiting impatiently outside Magnolia library.

"C'mon, whats the hold up?" she groaned, tapping her foot against the pavement. The doors soon opened and the young girl eagerly ran inside. She ran towards the history shelves near the back of the library itself. Very quickly scanning through the shelves for the book she desired. Once she found it she realised she couldn't reach it and cursed under her breath for being so small. A small smile played across her lips as she recalled being picked up, -literally- , when she called herself out on being so short.

The bluenette shook her head, dismissing the memory. And sought to stack several books on-top of each other to reach the one she needed. After getting her book she climbed down and sat at a nearby table to read through it. She had with her, a pair of Gale Force Reading Glasses, and finished the book rather quickly.

She sighed in defeat and put it aside, removing her glasses and laying her face down on the table, eventually falling asleep.

Most of the day had passed before she woke up, the young girl grabbed the books she wanted to check out and borrowed them at the front desk. As she rushed out the doors she bumped into an elderly person who happened to be passing by the library's entrance. In doing so, her pile of books toppled to the ground.

"Please forgive me sir, are you hurt in anyway?" She scurried to pick her books up, and tend to the elderly man who crouched down on the floor. Something about him seemed familiar, his cane's handle had silver round studs, the bluenette thought she had run into an elderly mobster.

He didn't seem all that harmed, despite his age. He handed her one of the books titled "History and Time", stood up without any assistance and turned to walk away, the young girl got up also, arms full of books and bowed as he walked away, with one final apology "I'm sorry for bumping into you like that"

The elderly man, who had his long silver hair slicked back and tied in a long ponytail, turned and looked over his shoulder, "I'm not sorry, Gi Hee"

The young girl, still with her head down, began to tear up. She immediately stood up straight only to see the elderly man heading off in the distance, with one of his hands raised in the air pointing in a very distinctive way.

He called out "Enjoy the rest of your night, shrimp"
