With a barrage of lightning bolts. The chimera fell down with a deafening thud. From the corspe, a body of a woman was seen. Anastasia the chimera type genome cyborg was defeated by the Ultimate genome cyborg, Luke Custer.

Luke transform back to normal and start walking to his left. Somewhere, lying on a wall, another corspe was seen. This was Brad. Another genome cyborg. He had sacrifice himself to reveal the weak spot of Anastasia for Luke.

Luke bend down and lift the lifeless body of Brad. He slowly walked to Anastasia and gently put Brad down next to her.

Luke just stood there, in silence and sorrow on watching the body of his former comrades. They rarely talk to each other especially Brad. The man never see Luke eye to eye. He always treat him with disdain. But after knowing that Luke was to become the ultimate genome cyborg, the feel of envy shroud his heart and eventually left the lab, after giving Luke a huge scar on his chest.

Luke holds the scar as he remember all those times. When he was sent here to investigate of the mist that was created by professor Eric, the one who created him, somehow was released and has shrouded a small rural town. He eventually lost all of his memories after the chopper he was on crash landed.

And thus, that was the start of his journey to restore his memories one by one from every genome chip he acquired.

After regaining his memories, he found out the truth from Brad after he beaten him. It turns out, Anastasia released the mist to the entire town just to bait Luke. Because of her jealousy and hatred towards Luke, innocent lives were mutated by the mist turning them into mindless beast.

After all of that fighting. Luke finally won. But at what cost? He may have stop the mastermind of it. But the town itself is lost.

He felt lost. What's good of it anyway? He knows he was just sent here to investigate, but not be able to save the lives of the people here truly sadden him. Killing them was the only mercy he could give from the suffering they endure.

The building was slowly about to collapse. After his intense fight with Anastasia, it destroyed some of the buildings structure. Fires were already spreading in the building to tell that it wasn't gonna hold any longer. Luke stopped with his thinking and walk out of the building while giving one final look.

Outside the lab

Luke safetly escape the burning buliding and walk away to the forest. Now with nothing else to do, he starts thinking.

' Now that all of this has settle down. What should I do? Should I return to the people that I was working for? After all of this. I think a break really is a good thing right about now. Either way, I can think about it later after getting the hell out of here.'

Luke stopped walking as he clenched both of his fist as his entire body was in a bright light. As the light stops, there stood a human size eagle. This was the garuda. One of the beast that Luke tranforms into to fly above the mist for a faster and easier travel.

With a mighty flap of his wings, The garuda shot upward to the sky like a rocket.

Above the genome mist

On the sky, the garuda was gliding and flapping its wings like how an eagle would. While he was flying, Luke was still in his mind.

'This place is already done for. Sooner or later, the government will eventually nuke this place up. It's best if I fly out of here fast, before I lose my energy.'

And with another mighty flap, the garuda flew as fast as the wind.

From the speed flying, the garuda saw something infront of him. Something shining. 'What is that? A chopper? Are they sending people to pick me up?'

Thought Luke as he was a little disappointed. Here he was thinking to escape from this people, who ever they were and maybe live his life somewhere. Away from this town.

But for Luke's luck or unluck, it wasn't a chopper at all. It was something else entirely.

'What is that?' thought Luke as he used his garuda eyes to see what it was. As Luke was getting closer and closer to the mysterious light, it explodes into a flash of light that blinded the garuda.

'Ahhh...!' Luke mentally shouted as he vanished with the light as well.

Near the border of Datra

Under the moonlit night of the two moons. Two people were running in the alyways of a city. One of them was a man that looks like an elf and the other was a person that was wearing a cloak to conceal his or her face.

As those two were running, the elf stopped and drag the cloaked figure to hide behind a crate."Eek.." the clocked person wimpered by suprised of the sudden pull.

As they were hiding, a light was shone in the alyways. The light was emitted from a lantern that was held by another male elf. And he wasn't alone. Behind him there were more elves and also ogres. And they were carrying weapons.

"One of them just a girl. They won't be able to go fast. After them!" said the elf with the lantern.

All of the elf and ogre soldiers ran through the alyway and pass the crates where the two were hiding. The man sigh with relief that they weren't found.

"Brother, umm... your... hand..." stammered the cloaked figure that was already known as a girl.

The man look what was troubling her until he saw that he was holding her hand.

Quickly he let go of her hand and apologize."...Oh sorry." As he was pulling his hand back, he accidently remove the hood of the cloak and showed her face.

She was a beautiful girl. With a long black hair and also a pair of horns that shows she wasn't human.

"Right,your not good with guys."

"I'm sorry brother!!"

"It's fine. It's like a tradition for your people right? I can't remember how long it took before Karsha would let me hold her hand."

After hearing the name Karsha, the girl can't stop but worry about her."Karsha... Sister..."

"We should get going. We're almost at the shrine of Naraka." said the elf as they continue on their way.

Meanwhile

Somewhere, the soldiers were now on a pinch as the reason of that was because they still could not find those two.

"WHAT!? YOU STILL HAVEN'T FOUND THEM!?" yelled an elf that seems to be their superior.

"This city reeks of trash. We can't smell anything here." said one of the ogres.

"They're headed to the shrine of Naraka."

The elf turn around to see the person who said that.

He was leaning on the wall while crossing his arms. From his appearance, it's enough to know that he was dangerous. The man has a slick back hair and long pony tail. He also wore a high collar cloak and a tatoo around his eyes.

"There's no where else for them to run."

"The shrine of Naraka? Wasn't that place abandoned long time ago? said the elf.

" There's still a hole open there. Which means the Adarl, can still produce ambrosia. And they fled to this city, which can only mean..."

The man rise his head slightly to see the that one of the smaller moon was moving towards the bigger moon.

"And tonight, there will be an eclipse..."

The abondoned shrine

"This place looks even worse then I remember." said the elf.

"It's just a shrine to some god whose name people don't even remember now."

The duo were now walking up the stairs that would lead them to the inner part of the shrine. The shrine's condition was nothing but ruins as to show that it really had been forgotten by society and left to rot.

The elf looked at the shrine as he remembers the old times before his country reach new heights from science and technology.

"An abondoned... god... We were supposed to be the children of the gods..."

The elf turn around to see a full view of the city as they were walking up the stairs.

"But father had us give up to their protection and turn to science in its place...

... It was the right thing to do."

Having enough with the sightseeing, the pair continue their objective at hand to enter the shrine.

Inside the shrine, the two were now in some part of the shrine and one of its striking feature was a huge hole on top. And the two moons were right above it.

"The moons are in position." said the girl. "The eclipse will start soon. We can do it now..." She went to the middle of the shrine and took out something from her cloak. It was something that was wrap in a cloth. As she was unwraping it, the object revealed itself to be some kind of artifact.

"Is that an offering?" asked the elf.

"The horn of our ancestors' guardian deity. This is the last of the Rakshasas' sacred treasures." said the girl as she slowly place it on the stone floor.

"Too bad that I'm a half-elf. If I weren't, I could've taken your Dahrani myself." the elf huffed in annoyance that he couldn't help her.

After what he said, the girl's face quickly turn blushed red. "W-wha!?" she said in embaressment.

"N-no! I couldn't!" she said in panic after what her brother had said. He was also surprise of her sudden reaction of what he said to her.

"Really?"

"No matter what! And... I think Karsha would probably have killed me if I had."

"Speaking of which, how do you give it to someone anyway?" asked the elf as he was getting curious about it.

"Th... that's...

A SECRET!!"

The elf was dumbfounded. Thinking it was an embaressing subject to her, he stop asking about it. But he still wonder, how does she do it?

Even after that embaressing moment, the girl continued on the ritual that she was about to do. As she was about to start, so does the soldiers that were after her. As they were already marching their way to the shrine.

"They caught our scent." said the half elf as he looked outside. "We'll be fine, just keep going." He draw out his sword and went out to slow down the army from entering the shrine. The girl didn't dwindle for long, as she quickly starts the ritual.

Oh forgotten God,

Lord of Naraka.

Suddenly, a beam of pure light shone in the shrine. The girl fallen from her stupor and had to close her eyes from the bright light.

Outside, the soldiers stop their battle with the half elf as they were watching with surprise and awe at seeing the beam of light that's coming from the shrine.

Somewhere, the man with the tatoo, click his tounge after watching the spectical and knew the ritual had been done.

In the shrine, after the huge beam of light disappaered. A man was seen lying on the floor where the light had shone. The man has a slick back light blond hair, Wearing a fingerless leather glove, has no shirt on, wearing a gray cargo pants and brown boots. This man was none other then Luke Custer himself.

"He's here...!!" the girl screamed with tears of happiness. A glimpse of the man and she new that he was human.

"Guhh..." A silent groan was heard from Luke as he was slowly waking up. When he came to, the first thing that he saw, was the face of a girl staring him face to face. ' What the?!' Luke was a little bit surprise by that.So he starts asking. "May I help you?"

The girl stopped with her staring and answered Luke's question. "I am Sakura, Sakura Shakuntala Adoniela. O visitor, please lend me your strength."

Luke was still confuse with the girl infront of him. Here she was asking help with a complete stranger without someone to protect her. Not that he's gonna assault her, it's just weird for a girl to go in monster infested town... wait?

He looked at his surroundings and saw he was somewhere that looks like an old abondoned building. Where in the world was he? As he's eyes was looking around, he notice the horns that was on the girl's head. 'Are those horns?' Now this was getting weird.

So he started to ask the girl. "Hold on a minute kid. Answer my question first. Where am I? Who are you? and why do you have horns?"

The girl was in a daze at the sudden question but remembered that she just summon someone from another world. Of course he gets confused after being sent into an unknown world. She regain her posture and start telling him. "You are at-"

"SAKURA!"

A shout was heard from the shrine's entrance. The half elf was now running towards her and Luke.

"A human!? You did it! Anyway we should-" Suddenly a group of ogres were swarming into the shrine as they were about to attack the three that was on their sight.

The half elf raise his gun to intercept the incoming ogres. The shrine had now become into a battleground. "You! Are you the visitor!?" One of the ogres went to Luke and raise its axe to cleave him in two. Luke ducked down from the attack as the axe hit into a pillar. Now dazed, Luke gave a sweep kick on the ogre's legs. As it was about to fall, he gave an elbow drop on its face, killing it instantly.

After killing the ogre, he focus on the other ogres. He was about to turn into a werewolf and end this fast until he remembered about the girl. Luke turn around to find her and saw that she was protected by the elf.

As much that he wants answers, he will ask about it later after saving those two. Quickly he ran to them and just to save energy for the transformation, he gave the ogres a nice combo of punches and kicks. No need for him to go overkill when dealing with this though.

"You two okay?" he asked.

"Yes. Thanks for the assist." thanked the elf.

"Come on. We need to get out of here."

The elf nod as he, Luke and Sakura ran out of the shrine.

The city streets

The three were now walking on the streets of Datra. Luke looked around as he saw all manners of race passing by. 'What is this place? Where ever this is, I know this is not my world anymore.' Thought Luke as he continue walking with the two.

When they were walking, Sakura accidently trip herself. "Ahh!" she screamed. Before she was about to fall, Luke caught her by the shoulders. "Careful there." said Luke. Because Luke was touching her, by instinct, she moved away from Luke. "Don't touch me!" Sakura warned. Luke was surprised by her reaction and back away. " Oh, sorry." 'She's probably not used to guys.'

Sakura felt bad after saying that and started to explain. "I'm sorry!! I...I didn't mean it like that... um... I..."

" It's okay, don't worry. I understand. You have your own reasons." Luke assured her.

Luke eventually continue his walk next to the elf in silence. "That girl..." Said the elf to Luke. "Is a princess of Adarl."

As they were talking, said princess went to a nearby fountain to have a drink.

"But her country was attacked... And she may be the only survivor now."

Luke felt sorry for the girl. It seems like she went through a lot. He continue to listen to elf's story quietly. "So we were searching for a human to help us... Well humans are incredibly rare in this world you see. So we had to call one here."

'Calling me human is an understatement to say the least.'

"When we saw you, I thought that you couldn't defend yourself without a weapon but after seeing what you can do, then we don't really have to worry about your safety." said the elf.

The half elf then ask Sakura about her thoughts. "Hey Sakura, what do you think? Think he can handle taking the dharani?"

'Dharani?' thought Luke.

"Yes. He is able to fight even without a weapon. That is already proof enough that he is able to used the dharani without problems. Also, I want to apologize for taking you away from your world." said Sakura as she bow down her head.

"It's alrigh-"

"Did you really think this would be enough to escape me?"

Luke and the others were stopped at their conversation as the man with the tatoo was walking to them with an army of ogres on his back.

"That tatoo... Your from Hasas!!" said the elf.

"The princess of Adarl who slipped through our fingers... So you possess the ambrosia."

"So what if she does?" said the elf as he was about to draw his sword.

"Oh you'll find out. Get him ogres!"

The ogres quickly surround the elf in a circle. He was taken of guard by their speed. "Tch!" He click his tounge in anger.

"Brother!" shouted Sakura.

"Forget him." said the tatooed man coldly as he point his sword towards her. "You should be worried about yourself right now. Swear to me that you will offer the power of ambrosia to Hasas. And you will be allowed to live." As he was saying that, she was scared. If she didn't comply, they will kill her and her brother. But even in the face of danger, she stood her ground.

"NEVER!!"

The tatooed man was shocked of the sudden denial.

"I swore on the bodies of my parents. That I would restore our country.To use the ambrosia, to take back my land and people! I will not let it to become your tool! I would rather DIE WHERE I STAND NOW!!" From that speech, Luke was impress with her strong will to save her country. But not for the tatooed man though. Infact, it just annoyed him more.

"Then so be it... die..." He ran straight to Sakura at a lightning speed to end her life. Sakura close her eyes out of fear and hoping it end soon.

Blood spluttered out from the attack and some of it fell on Sakura's face. But somehow she didn't feel pain even though there was blood. She open her eyes and was shocked.

"Fool..."

Standing in front of her was Luke who took the blow himself. He was now bleeding on his stomach from the stab.

"What do you think your doing?" said Luke.

Even though stabbed, Luke was able to kick the tatooed man. And considering that he is no normal human, his kick was strong enough sending the tatooed man flying.

"!" He was completely caught of guard from the strength of the scarred man. He recovered with his feet and looked at Luke murderously.

"Are you okay?!" Sakura asked worryingly. Luke just raise his hand. " I'm fine. Don't worry." He said as Luke set his eyes on the tatooed man. "I don't know what the hell is going on here... I don't know what this ambrosia is... But I do know one thing... and that is," He close his eyes and then opened them showing the eyes of a predator hunting for its prey. "You're just sick in the head if you have the gale to kill an innocent young girl."

Sakura was surprised at Luke's behaviour. The way he was acting was more like a beast then human. Eventually her focus was now on his injuries. They were bleeding so much and if not treated, it will kill him. She was now panicing and doesn't know what to do to heal him unless, she use that...

"Visitor! you must take m-my ambrosia if you want to survive and fight!" Said Sakura. Luke looked back and talked to Sakura. "No. I do not need it." and declined her offer stoicly.

Sakra was shocked at his denial and so does the elf and the tatooed man. How can he just declined it that easily? "W-what? Why?! There's no hope for you to win against him if you don't take the ambrosia!"

"I do not need the power of the ambrosia to beat him. I already have something else in me." said Luke.

"Something else?"

'What is he talking about?' thought the tatooed man.

"Sakura! I'm going to need you to step away from me. What I am going to do requires more then just a small effort."

Sakra had no idea what he was doing but none the less she listened and step as far away from him. Now that Sakura was further away, Luke continue his focus on the tatooed man.

"I don't know what you're up to, but you should've taken the girl's offer. A human like you can never hope of beating me."

Luke just stare at him and said; "No. I'm not human. I'm a beast..."

Luke's body was now slowly covered in lighting. The lightning was getting stronger and stronger and stronger until it creates a powerful surge around him. Sakura and the tatooed man was getting curious and surprised of what was happening to Luke. The ogres and the elf stopped fighting to see the spectical too.

"What is he doing? And what's with that power of his?" said the elf.

While covered in lightning, Luke's body structure was changing. His body grew in size and his skin was burnt away revealing scales underneath. He grew wings on his back and also a tail. Finally, his face turn into something draconic.

When the transformation was complete, so does the powerful lightning current. In its wake, a dragon with its body coursing with lighting was standing where Luke had been. The scene itself shall be forever engrave in their hearts. When man became beast.

The Dragon has arrived...
