Hi! I'm Rising from Embers and this is my first challenge for Cherry's Drabble Challenge. My words are Running, Secret, and Trying. Enjoy! ~

I was always running. I was never walking, but always running from every secret I had. Every secret that made my life miserable. It was hard, but I kept trying. In the end, I wasn't rewarded. Different. Running. Secrets. Trying. Those were the words that described my life. My existence. I keep trying so that my secrets won't get in the way of having a happy life, but in the end nothing changes. I keep trying to walk but those who hate me will catch up. I'm always running from secrets that make my life miserable, trying to find happiness.
