I sat in the leisure room on the mega ship taking in what was now my new life. I hunted the paranormal in space, protected the earth and stayed trained with 5 other people and lived with them and had to memorize a whole space ship, all while maintaining the fact that im only a 15 year old boy still in middle school keeping this all a huge secret. Its harder then it looks. But it's harder because I have to share a "quarter" with Kay. Ive sort of always secretly had a LITTLE crush on her. Repeat little…okay fine I fell in love with her so what? She was an angel who was so fragile and so broken, im taking the opportunity to get closer to her. I mean she literally just watched her whole team die right in her face and had Sam die right in her arms, which most likely broke her down even more. I mean yeah cassie and T.J. choose me Angela Danny Ana and ugh…Angelique to reform the rangers but Kay grew onto her team so losing them must've been painful, I mean she's still hurting. I heard footsteps down the hall so I turned to the door just to see Kay standing there "you just going to stand there or are ya gonna come sit and watch some "Daria" reruns with me?" I asked with a friendly smile on my face. She cracked a smile sided with a soft laugh we sat and watched the episodes and talked next thing I knew I was lying down and she was lying on me so he back was to my front and so that she was in my arms, we looked like a college couple. "So, how are you?" I asked softly. "im holding up, I miss them, but im holding up. She said. And right on like impulse or something I just pulled her close and wrapped my arms around her tightly and kissed her forehead. Just then the alarms blared. "What is it Deca?" Kay asked.
"the psycho rangers are at the Albion middle school campus." Deca replied. We morphed and go to the scene just to see trouble already started. "ah well if it isn't the new rangers, take no prisoners!" Arela Said I knew I had to do my best as psycho green charged at me. I threw punches and at the 5th punch he grabbed my wrist took me by the neck and threw me back. "argh!" I groaned landing right into the bench I looked over to Kay who was flying right towards me she flew into me de-morphing from the impact. I looked at her next to me lying there almost lifeless, I hoped she was just unconscious, nothing worse. "Kay?" I called I turned her over into my arms and she stirred once and woke up. "Kay are you alright?" I asked. "im...fine...fight them and… help the others." She said before fainting gout again. I decided to act on instinct and I orbed her up to the ship and set her up in the infirmary. And after awhile I fell asleep by her side. I now knew that, yes, I was undeniably in love with Kay.
