A/N: Drabble prize for deirdre_aithne, who wrote over 10k words in a recent Word War at hd_writers over at livejournal. Deirdre_aithne gave me the prompt 'meeting Scorpius'.
"Do I look okay?" a voice from the other side of the door said.
"I really don't think he'll care what you look like," was the response, followed by laughter. That was his father.
Scorpius pushed the ajar door a little further until he could see them. Mr Potter was leaning against the counter, his father standing between his legs, close, with a hand on each of Mr Potter's hips.
As he watched, his father leaned in and kissed Mr Potter.
"He'll love you," he said as he pulled back.
Scorpius smiled and stepped through the door.
