"No," she said firmly with her arms crossed.
"Come on, please?" Link was practically on his knees, begging. "I swear I'll do anything for you - royal silks, Wolfos furs, whatever - if you just tell me!"
Nabooru seemed to consider this for a moment before repeating, "No." When her favorite Legendary Hero looked crestfallen at this, she attempted to explain. "It's really not my business to know this sort of stuff, and it's certainly not my business to tell it to you!"
"Well who cares now? He's sealed up, so it's not like he's gonna get you if he finds out you told me."
"Exactly. He's sealed up, so who cares now?"
Link stomped his foot as if he was a child again. "I was his greatest enemy, so I have a right to know this stuff about him!"
Nabooru gave him a pointed look as Sheik joined them in the foyer.
"Please?" Link asked as he resorted to begging again.
Sheik raised an blond eyebrow. "What's all this about?"
"Link is dying to know who Ganondorf's secret lover was, but I won't tell him because it's none of his business!" Nabooru explained, accenting words for the Hero's benefit.
He only scowled.
"What? That's old news!" Sheik remarked. "You don't know that already? Geez, are you behind."
"Well sorry. Ever since your affair with that Porkychu, I don't keep up with the tabloids like you do."
The Sheikah flushed and said, "If you keep that up, I won't tell you that Ganondorf's secret lover was the Kakariko Windmill! ...Er..."
Link made a strange face that looked to be a combination of shock, horror, and revulsion. "I shot up into that windmill...made it go 'round real fast...ew," he said quietly.
Nabooru looked confused, however. "How did you find that out?"
"Mailbox told me."
It wasn't strange to her or anyone anymore, so no one ever really questioned Sheik, really.
"But...I thought Ganon's lover was that vacuum cleaner..." she said softly in confusion.
"Scandal!" Sheik said excitedly, while Link only mused, "Maybe their relationship sucked..."
