It's Christmas time.
The time in which children run downstairs to find their stockings full of presents from dearest Santa Claus.
The time where your Mom invites every human on earth for Christmas dinner.
And the time when you and your partner kiss under the white mistletoe hanging above.
WRONG!
This Christmas, Ashley's Christmas wasn't.
She looked around the room. Lucas & Vanessa, Corbin and Monique but her and no-one.
She was wondering where dear Zac was. Probably another Hairspray do with Niks.
She missed the fact that she had no one to kiss under mistletoe.
"Come on Ash!" Vanessa said. "Where's your Christmas Spirit!?"
"I don't know, the Bermuda Triangle" Ashley blankly replied.
"C'mon we're still opening pressies!" Vanessa the blonde up and brought her over to the tree.
There were about 16 presents left.
10 belonging to Ashley. She tore open the first to the fifteenth.
The last small one was at the very back.
She was about to reach under the tree but was interrupted by screaming.
"AH! SPIDER!" Vanessa squealed.
"WHERE?!" Olesya shouted.
The girls forcefully jumped onto the couch, whilst the boy looks at the creepy crawly scuttle across the floor.
"Catch it already!" Monique said.
"Hello?! We're trying!" Corbin yelled.
Lucas held a cup and paper.
"It's stopped!" Kaycee (Martha) said.
The cup slammed ontop of it and slid the paper underneath.
Lucas ran to the window and chucked the spider out.
"What an obseen getsure!" Corbin said.
Ashley was quiet the whole time. She had forgotten about the last present, all that was kept in her head was the thought of Zac.
"Ash c'mon" Vanessa said. "You like my Grandma without her false teeth"
"I'm sorry Ness, it's just...Zac and him not being here" Ashley said.
"Aw...well he's meant to be New Jersey for a CD signing" Nessa said. "It should've finished an hour ago"
1 hour later
Ashley set her minds on other things.
"Ashley!" Olesya yelled.
"Yes?"
"There's a present for you here!" Olesya said.
Ashley ran to the girl.
The present was a small box.
She opened it, inside was a silver diamond ring.
"Oh my god!" Vanessa squealed.
A piece of paper slipped.
The snow is white,
the Sky is blue.
My finals words's weren't Merry Christmas to You,
they are going to be, what you'll never guess.
Marry Me Ashley,
Come out a 3.30
and just say yes. x
Her heart thumped.
"AHHH!" Monique shouted.
Ashley looked at the clock, 3.29.
She ran outside into the snow. There was a figure standing with a t-shirt and jeans. Zac.
He stood smiling, with his arms open.
She ran to him.
"Yes" She whispered.
He picked her up and twirled her around.
They fell in the snow, sweet and sound.
He leaned in planted a kiss,
on her small soft lips.
