We may be from different ships or ideas of who should be together, but the one thing we do have in common is that we want another season. So please watch the show and click on the links below, or visit my profile. Sign CSI NY Operation 9 to let CBS know that there are still many miles to go before this is put to sleep. :)

Thank you for sending me the links, LME! You're a great friend! :D

Lily twisted my arm, I hope you enjoy this drabble! Enjoy!

The evening was winding down; dinner had been served and eaten. Mac had finished doing the dishes when he retired to the living room to catch up on what he missed in the paper. As he shuffled from one section to another, his smile grew wider each time as one baby would slowly crawl around the corner of the couch and another, then another, and another. Just as they were about to reach him, he put the paper aside and smiled as they grinned back at him, shrieking at him to play.

Mac, careful of his daughters, moved off of the couch and on all fours and reared back blowing air out the side of his cheek, neighing as he exclaims "Hi-yo, Silver away!"

Little Rose took off as Mac followed after her, chasing her around the coffee table watching her red lasso covered pajama clad butt wiggle away to hide behind the curtains. Alice, in her yellow moon and star pajamas, cried loudly as she chased him around the living room watching him claw at the air with his 'hooves,' snorting as he tried to catch her sister. Spotting Kate, in her dark blue pajamas with ballerinas on them, about to leave the living room and head into the kitchen where the baby gate was down. Mac, despite his creaky knees, lopes after her and grabs her, lifting Kate up to nibble on her ribs. The laughter and grunting of their sister in Daddy's arms brings the babies out of hiding when they converge on him wanting the same attention.

Just as he puts Kate down, leaving her tired and catching her breath, Mac snatches Kirstie, in her pink Hello Kitty pajamas, off of her sleepy sister and starts the game all over again. Laughter bounces off the walls, making it difficult for Mac to keep from laughing himself. "What's going on here," Stella smirks at them, squeezing the last of Mr. Bubbles bath soap from her limp hair with a damp towel.

Her words still the babies, as they look at each other to their father. Unrepentant, Mac smiles back. "Having fun, it's not every day that I'm not called out to a scene at this hour."

"Very true, and we're happy to have you home with us," she bends down to kiss him, tossing the towel over her shoulder. The silver blue tank and sweats she changed into showing off wet spots that was left by the babies as she lifted them out of the tub. "I'm so happy…that Stella, Queen of the jungle, is hungry for some ribs! Grr!"

Laughter and giggles explode as the babies catch their second wind and run from their mother padding after them on her hands and knees.

Yep, he's happy to be home, Mac thinks to himself as he sits back on the floor and watches his family romp and play.

I honestly didn't know what to do with Mac and Stella, when Lily asked for this drabble. But I thought about how my dad used to imitate a horse to chase my sister and I around the apartment, and an idea was born. I hope this meets your expectations, Lily! I had a lot of fun writing this as much as Monkey Business. :D Thank you for reading! Happy Easter!
