Had just watched Spirited Away. It really is a wonderful movie. Yet I feel, no fanfiction, including my own, can do it justice. I really hope Ghibli comes out with another part! There are really so many questions they have left unanswered.

Chihiro was brooding. Again. Brooding about that never-ending nagging feeling of forgetting something that bugged her since they left the old carnival site.

It was a little strange that since then, she always felt an inclination towards the color green. The furniture for her room, which they bought afterward, were mostly green too. Even her parents felt this new interest in the color a little weird. Somehow though, every time she looked at the color, she felt happy and calm. But it still came with that annoying nagging feeling.

Chihiro tried looking through all her things, too see if there was anything important she left out when they were shifting to their new house. Everything that was meant to be there was there. After battling the feeling for over a month, she even was so desperate as to confide in her parents. They said she was overreacting and said it was the reluctance she felt in moving to the suburbs that made her have an overactive imagination.

Of course, after a response like that Chihiro was irritated at them. After awhile though, the idea began to grow on her. Maybe she really was overreacting. Maybe she just had a vivid imagination. The suburb was really a big change from the city, especially in the pace of life. Maybe now that she had more time on her hands, she was starting to imagine things...

Eventually Chihiro grew up, though reluctantly, she grew into a woman. She learnt independence and finally managed to secure a job, and her own house. Her parents were all but glad to see her leave, she herself was all but glad to be able to leave.

She started to work at a bathhouse at first, promising the manager though inexperienced she was, she was willing to work hard. She progressed through the job, slowly attaining higher positions each time through wit and intelligence; she somehow felt it to be very familiar.

Soon, she was in a high position enough to be exempted from doing manual labor. She kind of missed the times when she were one with the other helpers, she felt almost like they were family. Now though, she was more or less alone in her private room, stuck doing a meaningless desk job.

She heard a knock on her door. She quickly straightened some of her papers to make it seem like she was working hard at her job. She took a pen in her hand before raising her voice to tell the person the door wasn't locked.

In came a tall, lean man, with almond shaped eyes and a bowl hair cut, both in a brilliant shade of emerald green.

Suddenly everything came rushing back at her. She was almost overwhelmed by all the emotions. She finally knew, she finally remembered, she finally could see.

"Hey..." Haku said as he smiled softly at her.

...

"I'm back."

There! Done... still feel it isn't good enough, but it doesn't matter. Its what You readers think that matter Drop me a note ya?
