AN: Hello guys. I know I haven't been on in a while. This is the first time I've been online on a laptop in a while. Alright. So, I have zero ideas about where I want to go with this. I thought of this on the bus today so I'm going to need your guys' help. Just tell me where you want me to go with this or give me your ideas. I should be able to get on the computer more often now so it would be nice if I could make a story out of this.

Give me your ideas please!

I do not own the Darkest Powers Series (Obviously)

I've always wanted to be a hero. I wanted to be able to do the one thing that nobody else could. I just wanted one thing that would make me special. One thing, other than my looks, that would differentiate me from my sisters. My sisters and I look nothing alike. It's slightly infuriating when you go somewhere and somebody asks if your sisters are related, then sound shocked when you say you all are.

So why couldn't I be special? Or at least that was my thought process. I figured that there was a reason I didn't look like my sisters. Maybe they didn't have the gene that would turn them into supernaturals one day. Maybe I was adopted. I'd sit up at night, hoping that when I woke up in the morning I'd have powers or something. Anything would've been fine with me. I was the kind of kid that got disappointed on my eleventh birthday when my Hogwart's letter never came. I wanted to be a part of it all. I wanted to be super. I'd dreamed about everything from super smarts to changing into a giant wolf. I fully believed that it could all happen. I never thought I'd see the day when I'd find out I was right. Werewolves, evil geniuses, necromancers, witches, even fairies, they're all real. Trust me, it's terrifying.

I know what you're thinking right now. You're thinking that this is just another book written by some fantasy/supernatural nerd. You most likely picked up this book off of the fiction shelf, or maybe the fantasy shelf. Let me tell you, even though it started as a fantasy, it's real. Also, there's nothing fiction about this story. It's all real, and I've got the battle scars to prove it.

AN: Alright, so I know this is really short, but it's just a prologue of sorts. Just tell me what you think. I'm completely okay with it if you're just going to tell me if I suck completely. Some ideas would be great though. Read and review please.
