A/N: Written for the prompt "sneeze" for leverageland's A Charming Round of Bingo. All mistakes are my own, I do not own anything, etc.
The table in Nate's apartment, which doubled as Leverage Consulting's base of operations, was completely covered in all sorts of craft supplies - markers, construction paper, balloons and glitter.
Sophie's birthday was tomorrow and Parker roped Hardison and Eliot into helping her decorate HQ for the occasion. At the moment both men were concentrating intently on their respective projects, Hardison blowing up an array of colorful balloons and Eliot applying glitter to a sign reading "Happy Birthday, Sophie!" which Parker made out of all different colors of construction paper.
Everything seemed to be going well, or as well as could be expected when you had two of the world's least crafty men decorating for such an occasion, until Hardison started making a sort of wheezing sound.
"Watch out, he's gonna blow!" Parker shouted as she sprang up from her seat and scurried across the room.
"Don't you dare, man," Eliot grumbled in Hardison's direction from across the table. "I've been working on this for ages!"
Before Eliot even had a chance to untangle himself from the pile of paper and glitter he was currently wrapped up in Hardison let out the biggest sneeze any of them had ever heard in their lives.
It seemed to happen in slow motion. Scraps of construction paper that were spread out on the table shot out in all different directions, a handful of blown up balloons burst up into the air, and a whole heap of glitter flew into the face of one, soon to be very angry, hitter.
Parker's hand shot up to cover her mouth in surprise and Hardison stared, horrified, at Eliot.
"Damnit, Hardison!"
