Waving goodbye to Kotori and Cathy as they began arguing about something again, Yuma slid his fingers down Astral's key, hoping he was resting well after their last duel.

It was nice hanging around his friends as he used to do, but he…

Still had this nagging feeling in the back of his mind.

See…a small part of him had hoped he would get to see how the Arclights were doing.

As little as he knew, he could piece together that Tron was slowly, yet surely, regaining his memories and emotions.

Yuma was more than relieved that their family had finally been reuinited…but…

As little as he knew about Thomas and Chris, he was still glad they were okay. But…III….or Michael, he could say now, was the one in particular that waas bothering him.

He..well, kind of hoped they would get to see each other more after all of this was over. He was…glad his friend was able to rest…

But Michael…

Had a kind of connection to him that none of his other friends had.

When Michael had told them his family was going away for a while, and that they would meet again, he couldn't help but feel his heart get crushed a little.

Michael knew about all the things his father had left behind. He not only knew about it, but he was interested in it!

Yuma wanted to find a way to be closer to his father…to know…to see through his eyes again.

Studying and trying to make himself get interested in things like that was a complete failure. Ever since his parents had gone missing as a kid, he had begun falling behind in his school work. Akari was working, granny did her best to raise them (and she did a pop-flying job thank you very much!) but…

He was worried…and he missed them.

He missed his mother holding him tight and his fathers words of encouragment. And…

And Michael had that same kind of spark he saw in his father.

Exploring and understanding different kinds of worlds and civilizations. All sorts of different people and places, everything his dad craved to understand.

Michael's brimming personality really got him excited for those kinds of things again! The way he so carelessly understood and explained things…how…

But Michael was somewhere where he wouldn't be constantly burdened by his past anymore…

And for that, Yuma should be happy.
