Yoshizilla-Rhedosaurus: Toadette and the famous King Kong as a friendly couple...? Oh, the wonders of a crossover.
Present Day
Dry Bowser was reading a newspaper in the kitchen as Silver The Hedgehog and Petey Piranha came in, looking around to see that Toadette wasn't there.
"Hey D-B, where's Toadette at?" Silver asked as he moved his hands about.
Dry Bowser glanced up at Silver as he shrugged. "I don't know. I saw her last night muttering something to herself." He remarked.
Petey rubbed the back of his head. "You think it has something to do with the fact that Toadette's been acting rather disgruntled?" He suggested, speaking like Gilbert Gottfried.
Silver rubbed his chin with his left hand as he shook his head. "You know, that could explain why Toadette wasn't in her usual cherry mood. But the question remains... where did she go?"
Suddenly, R.O.B. appeared in the kitchen, eying his three headquarter mates. "I have security footage of Toadette going through a warp portal."
"Really!?" Silver exclaimed as he shook R.O.B. with both of his hands. "Where, I kindly ask you?"
1933
Toadette made it to Skull Island, having swam to the beach from the black and white colored warp portal that disappeared as she walked towards the village. With it being close to night, Toadette called out loudly, getting the attention of the natives, who grabbed her and took her towards the other side of the giant wall.
"It's about time," She commented as she was rather annoyed, getting bonded to the pillars as the villagers retreated behind the giant wall, with all the other natives standing on top as two natives hit a giant bong, causing a loud noise that echoed.
Toadette looked down, hearing ferocious roars as she watched the trees rustle, the giant black ape himself, King Kong, revealing himself as he roared loudly. King Kong eyed Toadette, who looked up as her grumpiness disappeared, being in awe at how much larger the stop motion animated ape was as King Kong freed Toadette of her bonds. King Kong then grabbed Toadette in his right palm, looking directly into her face, eye to eye.
"You know, you're even more adorable close up..." Toadette admitted as she giggled, smiling cutely.
King Kong was entranced by this, going through the jungle as he carried Toadette in his palm, genuinely curious as the natives all watched, wondering what the ape would do to the strange humanoid mushroom girl.
