Latios Returns

Chapter 1: Return to Altomare

" Wake up!" Dawn yelled, "We're going to Altomare again!"

"Huh? What? We are? Yes!" Ash exclaimed. Ash was in a tight relationship with Latias and he was very excited about going back.

"Well I'm going to go first with Pikachu!" Ash yelled.

"Don't get lost though! Brock and I will have to pack up, and we will see you at the Secret Forest. Tell Lorenzo and Bianca that we are coming!" But Ash had already left very quickly due to his new Black Latios form.

"Ash is so impatient these days." Brock complained. " He's so lucky he's in a relationship with a girl…well, a girl Pokémon." Then, Croagunk came out of his pokéball and used Poison Jab on Brock.

"Croagunk, when…are…you…going…to…stop…doing…this." Brock fell on his back and was dragged to the front door.

"I think we're ready. Let's go!" Dawn screeched excitedly.

Ash was zooming through the streets with speeds that go up to 80 mph. Finally, Ash made it to the Secret Garden, where Latias lay waiting for her other half-brother.

"Hey Latias! Long time no see!" a familiar voice called. Latias lifted her head and saw the gorgeous body of the Black Latios.

"Latio…I mean, Ash is that really you?" Latias asked.

"Yup, the one and only! Hey, where are Bianca and Lorenzo?" Ash replied.

"Oh, they went to get supplies for their new home." Latias answered back.

"New home? What new home? Which house are they moving to?"

"Ash, it's not that they are moving to a new house, they're moving to a new region." Latias answered sadly.

"New region? What happened when I was gone?" Ash said very hastily.

"While you were gone, two more Team Rocket spies came to capture me. I managed to keep them off the Soul Dew, and I didn't get hurt to badly. But, because they didn't capture me, they rampaged on the city in order for my sacrifice." Latias didn't really want to talk about this anymore.

"B-but…what will happen to you without any friends?" Ash turned back to his normal human form and hugged Latias.

"I guess the only friend I have is you, and only you." Latias muttered.

"Ash! Where are you?" Brock and Dawn yelled in one voice.

"Over here! I already found Latias!" Ash yelled back. It was a very sad day for Latias. Without anymore friends besides Ash, who travels through different regions and doesn't come back to Altomare often, Latias will be forever alone.

"Hey both of you," Ash told to Brock and Dawn, "Do you know what happened to the city?"

"It looks fine, why?" Dawn answered.

"Well, Latias said the two more of those Team Rocket spies reached the city…" Ash went on and on about what had happened to Latias and here friends.

"WHAT!" Dawn yelled, "They are moving to a different region? But Latias will be left alone."

"Exactly, that's why I'm trying to convince you guys to well…leave me here with Latias forever…" Ash said, "It's the only way that Latias won't get heartbroken. Also, Pikachu will be here with me, so I'll be fine.

"Hmm…it's not to bad of an idea." Brock explained, "We'll just have to make the best out the next three days and have fun!"

"There's a bad chance that the Team Rocket spies will be back." Latias said.

"Well if that happens, we'll be there for you." Dawn said.

"Really, are you sure you guys will help me protect this land?" Latias questioned in a happy manner.

" Of course! We'll always be right beside you." Ash said.

"Okay then, let's get training!" Latias exclaimed.

"Umm…first can we have lunch? I'm feeling really hungry." Ash said. Everyone laughed and played together. Then, Ash went to check on how to Soul Dew is doing. Because Ash had the power of Latios' Soul Dew, Latios's Father's Soul Dew was in it's place.

"Uh..guys, what's wrong with the Soul Dew? It's all black and purple." Ash said.

"What do you mean?" Latias replied, "Has it changed?"

Then all of a sudden a giant pokemon appeared out of the black and purple Soul Dew. It was Latios's father.
