Hey , im not new to ff but this is my first story upload. this is just a prerview of what it actually is. this is like 1/10 of the actual chapter i just wanted to know what you guys think.

1. The Letter and the wand
It started on a quiet day in the house. Everybody was out, except for my mother for intents and purposes, Esme and myself. All the boys were out hunting, while Rosalie and Alice were out shopping. My daughter was out with her imprint, Jacob. Renesmee, my daughter looks roughly 11 or 12 by now. It's been almost nine years since she was born-I gave her a potion shortly after she was born to slow down her growth. It's the begging of August. It's been years since I've seen any of my friends. I do miss them dearly, but, I'm happy where I am. I have a wonderful family and an amazing husband.
And if on cue everyone arrives home at the same time. The center of all the commotion my daughter, Renesmee.
"What's going on?" I asked. Nobody looks at me all eyes centered at Nessie, but carslise does answer me.
"It seems she may have another power."
"What happened?" I asked frantic.
"She made sand float in swirls behind her." Answered Jake. This wasn't a new power I relised; this was the others were discussing what had happened I turned toward the window in our house in Portland, Oregon- which on average got 222 cloudy days a year. I was just starring out of the window lost in my thoughts, I knew that a letter from Hogwarts would be coming soon. I was so distraced by my own thoughts I almost didn't see the brid -owl to be exact- fly through the window.
