It is election day in the United States Senator Richard Charles Gilmore the 3rd is sitting at his campaign headquarters with his wife Emily Victoria Gilmore and his daughter Lorelai Victoria Gilmore-Danes and also his best friend William Lucas Danes Sr., his wife Amy Elizabeth Danes and their son William Lucas Danes Jr. more comely know as Luke they are waiting for the votes to get counted.
"Dad do you think you're going to win" Lorelai asked her father.
"Lori I know I'm going to win this election with you guys by my side" Richard to his daughter.
"The votes are in the new president of the United States of America is Senator Richard Charles Gilmore the 3rd congratulations Senator Gilmore." The news reporter said. With that everyone started to celebrate the all hugged each other.
"Congratulations daddy and Will I'm going to bed now that I know that you guys won. Luke are you coming or are you staying here to celebrate?" Lorelai told her husband as she hugged her dad and father in law.
"I'm coming with you babe I'm tired also congratulations dad and Richard." Luke told her as he hugged his dad and father in law.
"Thank you guys. Good night we'll see you guys in the morning" Richard told them. Luke and Lorelai walked out of the hotel room and went to theirs and got ready for bed.
