Blue eyes, thin waist, everlasting love

Sonnets were always hard to write, but I had never imagined that it would be this hard. Anyways, a Italian Sonnet I made up for my English homework done in three hours...Kataang, or Zutara, either works. But Kataang works better.

Anyways, for my english homework today I had to write a sonnet. This was indeed one of the most challenging and confusing poems I had ever done in my life! CRAZY RULES! GRR!

Anyways, the only thing I could think of was Kataang at the time, so I wrote a poem about Aang and Katara (Zuko and Katara?) This IS my final draft before I turn it in as a grade. Wish me luck!

(And in case all of you are wondering what sonnets are, it is a 14- line verse of iambic pentameter. This has exactly 14 lines. The rest are too difficult to explain, or since it is 59 minutes past midnight, I was just too lazy.)

Thin waist, oh so beautiful and slender,

Big blue eyes fill my day with pure joy.

Long, brown hair, waving through the misty day,

Every day I watch you, you seem cuter

Our hands touch, and I feel my cheeks fluster.

When the stars are up, I wish that you'd stay

Every bright day, every dark night, you'd stay

You say that we'll always be together

You hold me close, and say you won't let go

I feel the heat of your warmth, I proclaim

That I promise that I'll never leave you

Not now, not tomorrow, not ever, no

You cry tears of joy, as I do the same

Because I love you, and you love me too.
