DID YOU GUYS MAKE A WISH AT 11:11? Because I did! :D

Wish

"Xion! Don't fall asleep yet! It's almost time!" Roxas exclaimed, shaking me. My eyes snapped open.

"I'm awake, I'm awake." I said, rubbing my eyes. My wrist emerged from the covers and I lifted it up to check the time.

11:04

Seven more minutes.

A cold breeze travelled around us, causing me to shiver. At the moment, Roxas and I were outside his yard, wrapped in thick blankets, watching the sparkling stars above. We could've been in his warm room right now, but no. He insisted we go outside to make the wish.

"I can't believe we missed the one in the morning," I said in annoyance. "We wouldn't be here right now."

"Come on, it's not that bad. The stars look beautiful tonight; they're brighter than usual. You can't see this in the morning."

"True.." I said, then proceeded in checking the time once more.

11:05

Six more minutes.

"What are you gonna wish for?" Roxas asked.

"Tch, I'm not gonna tell you."

"Why not?"

"Because..." I don't know what to wish for yet. "It won't come true if I tell you!"

"Aw, fine then. But, make sure not to wish for something stupid. This doesn't happen every year, you know."

"I know," I smiled. "What are you gonna wish for?" his cheeks turned pink.

"S-Someone."

"I already know who it is," I smiled fakely. "It starts with an N."

"It's that obvious, huh?" he chuckled, scratching the back of his head. I looked down, feeling my heart drop. "Xion? Anything wrong?" I immediately looked back up and smiled.

"Nope, just tired. Today was a long day." I took another glance at my watch.

11:09

Two more minutes.

I shouldn't have asked him that question. It completely killed my mood.

Especially since I'm sitting right next to the one I've loved my whole life, knowing that all we'll ever be is best friends.

So... what to wish for?

"It's almost time! Two minutes!" Roxas exclaimed. Stop stressing me, Roxas! I'm gonna end up wishing for something idiotic like, "I wish to have enough money to get that new video game."

Okay, so.. one wish.

Well, I could make about ten wishes in a minute, but I don't really want anything. I already have everything I want, but..

I don't have everything I need.

11:10

"Hey, Roxas.. How many wishes are you gonna make?"

"Just one, I don't wanna ask for too much. You?"

"One."

With thirty seconds left, I moved closer to the blonde and looked up at the sky. I wrapped the blanket tighter around my body and placed my head on his shoulder. He threw his arm around me, adding an extra layer of warmth for my petite figure.

"It's time, Shi! Make a wish!" he grinned.

With my head still resting on his shoulder, I closed my eyes and wished with all my heart.

"I wish... for Roxas."

Because he's the only thing I need.
