PROLOGUE
I always expected that my life became what is now, I lived 18 years of my life in Lima, Ohio, dreaming of this moment. I'm standing behind the curtain of the stage, when I say the stage I mean The stage, finally, I'm a Broadway icon.
I have a few minutes before the musical starts, I feel so proud of myself. Kurt and Blaine, his husband, are seated in the front row, right next Finn and our children, Quinn and Sam are seating there too, and most important, my parents, who taught me everything I know about theater.
When I remember where it all began, not in Ohio, even here in NYC, it's nostalgic, but I am grateful for everything that happened until I got here.
