The brunette dashed along the street, in quite a rush. He was excited, purely full of joy. "Doctor! Come back here!" Emily called, chasing after the 'young' man.
Turning about halfway, he shook his head - still running. "No, no! My baby's waiting for me!"
A flurry of jealousy flashed through Emily, but she ignored it. His baby? Was he bloody mad? She found herself still chasing after the more than once proven case of insanity, and stopped when she came to a fork in the road. "Doctor?"she asked quite loudly.
His head popped out from around the corner, a five year old's smile on his face. "This way."he said, and disappeared, only to be followed by loud snapping.
Emily slid to a stop, shocked at the sight before her. The TARDIS didn't shock her, but the fact that the Eleventh Doctor was hugging and stroking it like he hadn't seen it in years. "Oh, come now, Doctor. We were barely gone a day!"
"Oh, did you miss me? I feel as if you did." Then Emily froze as she watched the grown man pepper the side of the blue police box with little, loving kisses.
"You've gone insane."she said, walking to him. "You're asking a police box i-"
"Time machine, thank you."
Emily rolled her eyes, and scoffed. "A time machine if it missed you. You're completely bonkers."
"No, I'm the Doctor. Now hush, you're hurting her feelings, acting as if she's not here. I have half of a mind to leave you."
"You wouldn't."
"Upset my good looking TARDIS and I will."he said, petting the side and then went inside. "Now hurry up. Got to leave now."he said cheerfully as if nothing had just happened.
