Shadows of Silence
Fall before me
Everything that ever mattered
Shattering like bullets to glass
One sharp noise in our ears
The flip of one switch releases our tears
I lost everything that mattered to me
In one moment so quickly
The color red covered my sight
And a lifetime's happiness
Shattered in one moment
Flickering memories of that one life
Blacked so suddenly
Your voice disappearing
The vacuum of sound that echoed endlessly
The loud silence heard to me
The shadows we could then see
Threads undone from their seems
Forever changed to make this history
Only one life taken without warning
One to me worth thousands
And red ensued from you
Into the shadow's silence
Forevermore in my memory
Forevermore within my endless nightmare

It's a poem on Maria's death in Shadow's eyes. I write a lot of poetry on this topic, it's so beautifully dramatic and it invokes sadness Please review!
