These two think that the other definitely doesn't feel the same way. Little do they know that they couldn't be more wrong! Lets take a peek at what they're saying, shall we? Sam's thoughts are underlined and Freddie's are in italics
This sucks. I can't believe I fell for HIM
This is horrible. I can't feel this way for HER!
The worst part is that he doesn't feel the same way! Not at all.
What's the worst is that she doesn't feel the same way! Never in a million years.
He's in love with Carly.
She hates my guts.
Then Sam and Freddie bumped into each other, due to the fact that they weren't paying any attention to where they were going.
"Oh! Hey Sam."
"Watch where you're going you nub!"
Why can't I flirt?! Or at least be nice….
She does hate me, but I don't even care. I have to tell her!
"Listen I was wondering…do you wanna go for a walk? I'll buy you some ice cream. What ever you want, even an extra large!"
"Free ice cream! Count me in!"
So, like it was perfectly normal they started walking.
Wait…free ice cream? Extra large? I bet he's buttering me up so he can ask me advice on how to ask Carly out! Great. Just great.
She's gonna laugh. Right in my face! Not to mention she'll break my face.
"Freddork? You home?"
"Oh, yea…um Sam I was wondering…"
Her favorite kind of flowers? Restaurant? Date place? This sucks. She won't even say yes! I should tell him how I feel…
Say it Freddie! Be a man for once in your life!
I should tell him. I can't wait any longer. Then at least it's out there! I'm sick of pretending I don't care!
"Hey Freddie, the thing is…"
"Sam I really gotta say…"
Tell her Benson!

Then they both grinned. Not for the first time that day, they were thinking the same thing. The only difference was that they were going to do something about it this time.
As he leaned in, and she suddenly kissed back, all I think that'd you agree that these two should have said what was on their minds a LONG time ago.
