Shadow that flits from place
To place,

Glimpses of blonde here
And there?
Have you seen
The little boy
With smiles on his lips

Sadness in his eyes?
No.
You haven't.
Because,

You were NAÏVE
You were PREJUDICED
YOU WERE BLIND
He is HUMAN
HE HURTS
HE CRIES
Just like your child
Your child that you forced away from him!
You hurt him. And
Not
Even
ONCE
DID HE SWEAR REVENGE
You were so oblivious
Wrapped up
In your own world
You never saw
The tears that flowed without end
The knife that sliced through his skin
Once
Twice
An uncountable number of times…
To relieve the pain.
The pain!
A pain brought about
From the thoughtless
Childish
Immature
Brats
Who never stopped to think
That someone
Somewhere
Out there
WAS CRYING WHILE THEY LAUGHED
That
SOMEONE HAD PAID
Paid in
BLOOD
TEARS
AND PAIN
FOR THE LAUGHTER AND JOY THEY FELT.
INSTEAD
THEY
SHUNNED HIM.
HURT HIM EVEN MORE
FOR THE BURDEN THAT HE CARRIED
FOR THEM
