Concept: Since this has been the first time I ever wrote a story for this anime, I think of having some conceptual interpretation as a start… and I chose this lovely yet so uncanny song popularized by Mister Tom Jones "With these hands" This was actually an OST for the romantic goth movie "Edward Scissorhands" Probably Johnny Depp's First movie break. I got this idea after realizing the part when kaname had to feed Yuuki with his blood in order for her to understand his own true identity as being the Kuran Ancestor. When Yuuki was still asleep of having the vision of him being alone right after the Hooded Woman's apparent death, He touches her hands while saying some romantic words to her… I believe it's from the Chapter 63 (please check whether im saying right).
About the Story: The story takes place during the moment (as I have stated above) when Kaname touches yuuki's hands… Using the lyrics of this song… I visualized what really Kaname do have in mind by that time.

"That must be enough…" as Kaname's eyes went tearfully as if a very strong feeling comprise by sorrow deprive his being. One can be mistaken that this guy had suffered so much solitude, that he may not even allow a new pace of isolation to be encountered once more… In his inner-thought, he doesn't wanna lose her. For how many years he has to wait for this moment… where he and his beloved girl named Yuuki, to be finally together.
After all those sleepless nights, after all the difficult restraints of ever touching you even just being contented to watch you from afar… I don't want this time for us to be interrupted by someone for somehow. For countless of times I've been regretting of having you sent in the chairman's household for your well-beings sake… It should be I, the one to protect you, to warmth you, to even live with you as you grew older... to be at your side when you're terrified or filled with sorrow. Even so, I might have felt so incredulous by the moment you set your feet back into the place we both started. This mansion had already felt grief the moment you were set away. But now, it filled with so much joy… and I want to keep it that way.
