So, I'm going to be like most PoT fanfic writers and have a story about Fuji's birthday. How can you not, when it really only comes every four years? It's a bit short, since I've been busy this week with projects and such and don't have much time, but enjoy!

"Fuji-senpai."
"Ah, Echizen," Fuji Syusuke said, surprised to find someone else still in the clubroom. Practice had ended a while ago, and he thought he had been the last one there. "Do you need something?"
In the faint light of the room, Echizen Ryoma's face appeared to be tainted pink, as if the he was embarrassed about something. He fidgeted a bit before producing a small box, wrapped in brightly colored paper. "Happy birthday, senpai," he muttered, practically shoving the box into Fuji's hands.
The tensai accepted the box, a bit startled by the sudden gift from the freshman. He smiled his usual smile as he unwrapped it, careful not to destroy the small bow that sat on top in the process. He opened the lid, and inside was a keychain.
It was metal, in the shape of a cat. Fuji recognized it as being similar to the cat Ryoma had, a white Himalayan with brown paws. Fuji briefly wondered where Ryoma had managed to find a keychain that was so similar to his own pet, and was about to thank the younger boy when he noticed something else.
Towards the bottom of the keychain was his name, the kanji for 'Fuji Syusuke' elegantly engraved right above the cat's feet.
"Thank you, Echizen," Fuji said warmly. "I love it."
His fingers slid down the cold metal over the name. Fuji had received many gifts that day, from fangirls and other members of the team, many of which were bigger and more colorful than the simple keychain he was holding now.
But to him, it was the best gift he had gotten all day.

I hope you enjoyed it! It's been awhile since I've written some FujiRyo fluff. Happy birthday, Fuji!
