It was Christmas and everyone was excited. But Stephanie forget to buy presents for Comet, this was not good.
"How could I forget Comet," Stephanie said. She had to think fast.
She ran to the store and bought Comet alot of things, she was in such a hurry she didn't realize she spent 100 dollars on Comet!
She came home and quickly wrapped them and put them under the tree. They were ready to open presents.
Everyone took turns opening presents and finally it was Comet's turn.
"Your turn Comet," Michelle said.
"Woof woof," I bet you know who said that.
Michelle helped Comet open his presents. That's when Stephanie realized what she had done. She had spent 100 dollars way to much money on Comet!
"Noooooo!" Stephanie screamed and leaped into the air. She knocked over the Christmas tree and grabbed all Comet's presents.
"What was that for?" Danny asked.
"I spent 100 dollars on Comet," Stephanie said.
"Why on Comet?" Danny asked.
"I was in a hurry," Stephanie said.
"Let him open them anyway," Danny said.
So Michelle helped Comet open all his presents. He smiled a huge doggy smile.
Stephanie was glad she had spent so much money on him after all. His smile made her know everything was okay.
Later they baked Christmas cookies. Comet had a few cookies he thought they were good.
So now they started a new Christmas tradition, buying presents for Comet!
