Pairing: Pohatu/Taka, established relationship for Ribaq

This is my version of how Taka's blog SHOULD have gone when Pohatu wanted proof of his Toa-ness.

Okay, so what happened was after Taka met up with Gali and Pohatu he used his shadow powers so Pohatu though that he was a makuta in disguise. So Taka had to prove who he really was, and this is how I think that should've gone.

Pohatu aimed the blaster at him. "If you really are Takanuva I'm incredibly sorry, but I can't take chances. 10…… 9 …….. 8 ……..7 …….."

Taka looked grief stricken. How the heck was he supposed to convince Pohatu and Gali that he was indeed their Taka! He needed to tell them something only the real Takanuva would know!

"5….. 4…….3……..2……….1….."

"A Makuta doesn't have a physical form!" both Toa stared at him. "What does that have to do with anything?" Pohatu asked. Taka gulped. He hadn't wanted Pohatu to find out like this, but he had little to know choice. "They, they have no physical form, so they can't have babies and stuff right?"

Gali nodded slowly. She wished she could see where this was going. "That's…. true." Pohatu admitted.

Taka took a step foreward to him, but he took a step away, blaster aimed at him ready to fire. So Taka did something he vowed he wouldn't do when he originally stepped through the wormhole.

He cried.

Pohatu lowered the blaster, and Gali stepped closer to him. "what's wrong?" she asked. He may be a Makuta, or he may not be, but she still hated it when someone cried. "He hated me!" Taka wailed. "I'm gonna raise my baby alone and he won't have a daddy!" he placed both hands on his stomach, sniffleing. Pohatu's eyes widened. He lowered the blaster. Gali gently pushed him over to Pohatu.

Taka took his free hand and placed it on his stomch. Pohatu's eyes got wider. Especially when he felt a thump. "It kicked!" Taka cried out. But he winced. "stop kicking me!" then, to spite him, the baby kicked again. Pohatu felt like he had gone into shock.

"If you kick me one more time I will ground you!" Taka snapped. Gali chuckled. "Taka, the baby can't control it." The light toa removed Pohatu's had, mumbling something about the baby needing to stop liking his daddy.

Removing his hand seemed to break whatever spell was on Pohatu. Without a second thought he grabbed Taka and pulled him into a huge hug. Taka blinked. "Taka, you know I love you… and do wanna know something?" when he nodded Pohatu smiled. "when I was younger I wanted 19 kids."

Taka jumped away from him faster then Gali could say, "wow."

"YOU WANT 19 KIDS! YOU WILL NOT BE GETTING MORE THEN THIS ONE!" Gali took a good step back. She never thought Taka could get so loud or angry. "I've thrown up, cried, yelled for no reason, and can't sleep!" Pohatu looked meek enough to be apologetic. There little group discussion was cut off by a loud crash, and the three were reminded of what they were supposed to be doing. Pohatu grabbed Taka and raced off back to fight, ignoring the angry protest. Gali laughed and followed.
