10 steps to get a job according to Ianto Jones:
1. Help a stranger catch a Weevil, and use words no one but you can understand.
2. Try to help the person in front of you, whose name you now know, with his bleeding that mysteriously stopped
3. Impress the other person with your alien-smarts
4. Give a compliment while looking sexy
5. Go to the secret base of the cooperation next morning and offer Coffee
6. Make sure your future boss knows you will stalk him if necessary
7. Give him the same compliment again, while still looking sexy
8. Search a dinosaur, and get your future boss to catch it with you. While you're at it push the point where you really want to work and will do anything
9. Use your secret weapon (you know chocolate, you would already have caught a woman) and again use words no one understands.
10. When the person you are trying to impress is flying in the air, make sure you catch him when he falls down. That way you can laugh first, and then plant in sexual tension later.
Not only will you get the job this way, you will also get a compliment on your suit. It is believable that you don't need to use steps 1 up till 9 as long as you get the last one right.
