Ok Hugo or RUG, or whomever owns the characters well.... Owns them. This was
written for pure fun yada yada yada, and also for a class so yeah it's not
the best and the rhyme schemes messed up but it was written awhile ago.
Review please.

Les Miserables
Victor Hugo
Jean Valjean,
Or Jean the Jack,
Escaped from prison
And wasn't going back.
Went to Montre-Suiel-Mer
Where he owned a factory,
They made him mayor!
In the factory there was a fight.
Fantine was fired.
She became a woman of the night.
In another town was hid,
In the tavern,
Her unlucky kid.
That's why Fantine lived with strife.
She worked to support her daughter,
But, alas, Fantine lost her life.
Jean Valjean made a goal
To help Cosette escape from her hole,
But Javert, a cop, found him out
So Valjean decked him before he had time to shout.
With Cosette, Valjean did flee,
Javert on his tail to old Paris.
Valjean, as we know, was a clever guy
And knew the places he could get by.
A few years post,
After living with the women of the Holy Ghost,
Cosette and Valjean found a new home
While Javert picked the city with a fine toothed comb.
Their happiness though would not last.
Revolts were coming from the plebian caste,
And Marius, you know,
Who was Cosette's new beau
Went off to fight
In the beginning of the night.
Valjean went to save him
When Marius' chances were looking dim.
On the way Valjean saw Javert,
Who recognized him because of his hair.
With the wounded Marius, to the sewer he fled
Which was filled with the dying and dead.
Dropping Marius off at his uncle's door
Valjean went away as if he was no more.
Marius and Cosette soon were wed,
But found Valjean before he was dead.
This story is about France's troubles,
What a wonderful book is Les Miserables.
