Everyone has their own demons to worry about but sometimes Morgan wonders if her demons were sometimes worse. She usually doesn't think about it too often but right now she is. When her father is the Sherriff she has to deal with some of the same demons her father does. But then she's a CSI, it's a totally different job than his.
She turned a corner as she saw a lab with glass windows surround it but what she saw wasn't the lab, it was Greg Sanders. It was her co-worker who she fell head over heels for. He was talking and getting results back from David Hodges the lab nut. Hodges was weird everyone knew that but he was just being Hodges. It's who he is. But Greg couldn't put up with him at the moment for what Hodges was telling him.
Morgan kept on looking at Greg as he looked up and saw Morgan looking at him as she smiled. She and Greg have been hiding a secret from the rest of the lab but she doesn't want to think about it between the two of them. She wonders if she should come out with her own secret or keep it secret. Well it was more like she was living part of a lie.
Morgan kept on walking and she stopped as she saw her father Conrad Ecklie who knows of her secret. Both her parents know of it and have kept it secret from everyone as it can be a huge danger. She has kept it from everyone she has known. But why does she feel terrible keeping it from everyone even if it does hurt them. She doesn't want anything to even happen. Yet it was dangerous her secret.
She kept on walking the halls as she got into her office area and sat down at a desk with the manila folders she was holding. She didn't know what to do as she looked at the desk. Just then DB Russell came in giving her a new manila folder with a new case for her and told her that she was with him on it. To catch up on the notes he took and to meet her in his office to go to the morgue in thirty minutes. She smiled and took it.
She looked at the pictures and notes and smiled not believing it one bit on what she has to do. It was going to be an interesting case for sure. She can't wait to start on it.
